You can apply for free 195 Directory Enquiries if you're unable to read or hold the printed directory. The 195 team is dedicated to supporting those with accessibility requirements get through to who they need to. You can also ask to be connected to your required number.
Contact the Directory Enquiries registration team on 0800 587 0195 (09:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday) to request an application form. Once you receive the form, you'll need to get it countersigned by a medical professional (i.e. by a doctor, nurse or other medical practitioners). Once registered, you'll be given a PIN number, and can start using the service by dialling 195 from your landline.
