The best way to pay your Mobile bill is by Direct Debit. It’s easy to set up, and you can still make one-off payments if you need to.
Paying by Direct Debit is the most convenient way to pay your bill, and it could save you money too, because you'll never pay late payment fees. You won't need to remember to pay your bill because we'll collect your payment automatically on your payment due date, or the next working day if this falls on a weekend or bank holiday.
Setting up a Direct Debit is easy, simply log into My Account and select the Bills & Payments tab to get started.
We'll always try to collect your payment at a similar time each month. However, the date your payment is collected may vary by a few days but you'll be given three working days notice from receiving your bill to collecting payment.

You can pay your mobile bill using your bank's online or telephone banking service, or at your local branch. Your bank will tell you how to set up a transfer. They’ll need to know which account you’re paying in to. Here are all the details they need to know:
