Pre-pay saver gives our existing customers the chance to save money on our Fibre plans. If you're out of contract or eligible to recontract, you can make a 12 month advance payment for our Fibre packages which works out cheaper than paying monthly. To take advantage of pre-pay saver simply select the pre-pay saver option when upgrading or renewing your contract online.

The amount paid upfront is just for your monthly Fibre charge. You'll still be billed monthly for any Boosts, call charges, TV charges and extras.

We’ll let you know when you’re coming to the end of your contract and if you don’t re-contract, you’ll start to pay our standard service rates for your plan on a monthly basis.

You’ll receive a pro-rated refund on the pre-pay saver payment minus any early termination charges.

The amount paid upfront is just for your monthly Fibre charge. However, any Boosts, call charges or TV charges etc will be billed monthly and you'll receive a bill for these as normal.

You can make your 12 month advance payment by Debit or Credit card. You won't be able to set up a Direct Debit for pre-pay saver.
