Your first bill

Your first bill will be different to your normal bills, as it will include charges that won't appear on every bill while you're with us.

 

When will I receive my first bill?

Your first bill will be available in My Account a few days after your services are live. If you've not signed up yet, you can find out how to do so in our article, Registering for My Account.

 

Will my first bill be higher than normal?

Your first bill will be higher than your standard monthly amount. It includes:

  • Charges from your go live date up to the date of your first bill
  • Charges for the month ahead
  • Any setup, equipment, or engineer charges
  • Charges for any call usage

An example first bill breakdown

  • Go live date: 11 June
  • First bill date: 15 June
  • Charges since you joined: 11 June – 14 June
  • Charges in advance: 15 June - 14 July

When will my first payment be due?
