£60 vouchers after joining talktalk

I have paid 3 month consecutive bills as per the terms and conditions of the voucher offer when joining talk talk through a third party website. I have not received any email advising of the vouchers being sent or emailed. Could someone kindly look into this with Awin as they do not answer my emails.
