Changing for your new price range

Hi,

 

I've been a talk talk customer for nearly a month. For the fibre package I'm currently paying £22.95. 

I just noticed your new advert that shows, you charge your customers for £19.95 for the same fibre broadband package.

Is it possible to change my prices to this cheaper one? As I said, I've been a talk talk customer for less than a month.

That's the way things go, offers do fluctuate. You need to contact the customer services loyalty team directly about this, either by phone, or live chat.

Looks like it's sorted after a quick phone call. Still waiting for the confirmation email though.

Well they should keep a record of the phone call and you will be able to check timings from your own outgoing calls.
