Its now been over a week since I have been able to access to email account, I keep getting empty promises and weak reassurances that your engineers are fixing the problem.....clearly they are not! So, how about talktalk compensate for the inconvenience, frustration and time spent trying to log into my account.

When you answer please do not give promises you either can't, or won't keep.
