What a customer  service you have first I get £4 added for TV I not used in forever I questioned  this and they said they will credit this sometime next month I then enquired about leaving was put through to cancellations told me I would be liable for the last couple of months in full which is fine and then told they would process my cancellation and to go find a better deal nice customer service what a way to treat a loyal customer of 12 years
