I just curious if Talk Talk will be able to contact previous provider(eg: sky) for WiFi cancellation if the person that is ordering/handling the Talk Talk account is different from the account holder of the previous provider? I'm wondering cause the payment and personal details are completely different from the previous wifi that was in my house. I'm still in the process of ordering the Talk Talk modem. Just wanna know it so I can settle the problem if needed. Thanks.

You can place a new order with us if you know the landline number and we will take over the line cancelling the current provider.
