Faulty reuter billing query

Needless to say, my most recently organised call from TalkTalk never came. I've literally only received good help from these very forums. I received a replacement reuter (a different model) via these forums and it seems to have done the trick, which means the reuter I received in October/November (I can't remember which month it was now) was faulty. Since I had problems from the moment I received it, I'm interested to know what's going to be done about the fact that I've been paying full price without getting the service I've been paying for.
