Fibre Speed Boost overcharge

Hello,

 

I signed up for Fibre Speed Boost on 14th February, but for various technical reasons which have now been resolved, this wasn't turned on until 11th March.

 

I've been charge for Fibre Speed Boost on my February bill since 14th February. Please can you amend this to 11th March and refund me the money from 14th February - 11th March?
