On the page
(small print item 2)
it says "Fixed Price Plans are available to new and existing TalkTalk customers"
Is this still the case? Because when I try the £17.95 unlimited broadband offer, when I log in it goes away.
It also says:
Offers for Fixed Price Plans advertised by TalkTalk are available to new and existing TalkTalk customers who have less than 90 days remaining within the minimum term of their old contract. Existing customers need to sign a new Fixed Price Plan contract.
If if that applies to you contact the loyalty team and point out the offer to them.
