I got the “click here for the fixed price renewal offer with the free hub” email. Well, my fibre broadband has contract been fixed from today till 2021 but I’ve heard nothing about the free hub. I wonder if this could be followed up.
I beg your pardon, when you said your new contract started “today” I assumed that was when you signed up. One of the support team will gladly look into this for you when they are back online on Monday.
