I get this when I track my order. Is there a problem??

Thanks for your post, sorry that you are having problems.

 

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

I would need to know if there is a issue soon because I only have 30 days to change from my current provider penalty free and obviously any issues I would like sorting out asap to prevent me from paying.

The order is progressing and is due to complete on the 18th.  

 

Can you check My Account again, but before you do,  can you please clear your cache and cookies.
