I’m having a terrible service from TalkTalk regarding moving house. It’s currently not possible online. The enquiry form has been repeatedly sent in over the past 10 days with an automated reply by text to say a specialist will respond in 48hrs. 4x this has been done and still no contact. Phoned through to call centre 3 time’s each promising a return call within initially 48 hrs and now 24 hrs and no response still. Tearing my hair out. Is TalkTalk using Covid as fair game for very poor customer service? We are nearly 2 months into lockdown, the business should have instigated the remedies to get on top of customer service by now.
