If you are genuinely logged in correctly, you should see "Hi" and your name on the top right. You should also be able to get your details up under the "Personal Details" tab.
If that all works, then I could do the back button (from the Oops page) in the browser to get to the order and tracking page. The order and tracking page is there, but for some reason it auto-redirects to the "Oops" page almost immediately.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
