Got the email to confirm I went Live today (3rd June) but no router delivered.
Went through Live Chat to be told the router had only been requested today and I would have to wait up to 48 hours for the router. I stated this was unacceptable and wished to raise a complaint,
Complaint Ref 1-000006-060207-0.
Was then told I would still have to wait 48 hours for the router and 72 hours for a response to a complaint. So here I am paying for a non-existent internet connection for the next 48 hours or so. What a way to treat a new paying customer.
