I have been unable to access My Account since I rejoined Talk Talk in September 2018. I have tried to resolve this numerous times through online chat but nothing has worked. The last time I tried it was escalated to third line support on 5.10.18. I was told they would reply in approx 7 days but still heard nothing - 4 months later. This all means I can't make any changes online etc and is extremely annoying. I have been through all the change your password, clear cookies etc. The problem seems to be that I previously had a Talk Talk account and tried to use a different email address this time.
