I signed up for talktalk broadband and signed into my account once. The next day I was unable to do this. Prompts on screen told me my email or password was incorrect - both are definitely right. I then tried to reset my log in details but got a promt saying 'Sorry, something seems to have gone wrong. Please try again.'
I tried again, and again, and again but wasn't able to change my log in details or log on with my current details which I had only just set up (and written down to make sure I didn't forget them..
Can someone sort this like they eventually did for @Misskwish with thread started on 21-02-201902:42 AM
