First Timer

Like so many others, I was enticed to switch to talktalk in December 2018 with the promise of a £60 voucher 90 days after the service became active. Nothing, despite emailing AWin twice and attempting (as a partially deaf person) to speak with customer services somewhere in Asia judging by the strong accents which are so difficult for me to cope with. Please can someone help me out via email, how do I obtain my voucher? All other talktalk communications are emailed to me, why can't complaints and queries be actioned in the same way?
