100 POUND VOUCHER MISSING

When I activated the service, the email from giftcloud said "

  1. £100 voucher when you purchase Fibre 65 Broadband, now £25 per month, via the link provided in the page, before midnight on 25/08/2021.
  2. Vouchers are only available for new TalkTalk customers via this link, not over the phone, webchat or direct TalkTalk online purchases.
  3. You will receive your Voucher 90 days after your activation and after your TalkTalk service has been activated to the email address provided."

All information has been provided. However, there is still no sign of the arrival of the voucher to date (five months!). Waiting process really dreadful!

I was offered £100 voucher too to come back to talk talk. And no surprise its not been sent!! The ever so helpful team that offered it me have palmed me off to a massive queue!!!

The voucher will be issued in the next few days.

 

Please keep an eye on your spam/junkmail folders for an email from giftcloud.
