£100 amazon voucher missing

greetings. 

                  via uswitch i took on the talktalk fibre 65 broadband package with a £100 amazon voucher. package went live 16th june 2021. i have not received the amazon voucher. any ideas.

It's usually 90 days with these, so this is about the right time to chase it up, @alan-6691.

 

Staff will be back on here from Monday, but there's always a queue.
