£100 joining incentive - Gift cloud - No update?

I am currently trying to chase up the £100 joining incentive I was promised when I signed up, but I haven't heard back since

 

When I try to get an update from gift cloud - they ask for "provider reference number", but I checked all the emails and I never got it in the first place?

 

Comparison site I used when I used when I signed up was USwitch. Please can someone help with this?

Please start your own thread, @Kellygoldie, as staff will only reply to the original poster for anything to do with individual accounts. 

 

You need to return to the message board and click on start a topic.

 

Also add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details by going via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wwizard. Staff will use this information to identify your account. 

 

It is only visible to yourself and professional staff.

I also haven’t yet received my gift and was also told to provide a number starting with N but looking through all my correspondence emails I haven’t got this number so where do I go from here? Did you manage to get anywhere with this?
