hi I placed an order for your faster fibre through topcashback on the 28th jan which is a week ago now and the cashback doesn’t seem to be even pending in my topcashback account. This is one of the main reasons I chose talk talk so are you able to confirm with them please as I’ve open a missing cashback claim but I believe they take an age to reply. Thankyou

I remember the topcashback logo being in the top right hand of screen during my order so there’s no reason why it shouldn’t of tracked?

Did you get the usual pop-up on the Topcashback website saying your visit to TalkTalk had been recorded when you clicked through ?
