£100 uswitch voucher

hello I have signed up to talk talk through uswitch and was under the impression I would be receiving the £100 voucher advertised. I have yet to receive anything 2 months on and am told whenever I speak to someone that they can't find anything to do with the voucher. please can someone help?

Vouchers can take up to 90 days as per the terms and conditions below: 

 

  1. It will take up to 90 days after the original purchase date for your purchase to be verified as eligible for a voucher. We strongly recommend letting this 90-day period pass before querying the status of your voucher.

 

Your order went live 1/10/21 so 90 days have not yet passed. 

 

After 90 days, if you haven't  received an email from giftcloud please post back and we can chase it up

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
