18 month free call boost package issues

So we got the 'hey here you go 18months free call boost!'

 

Except then it vanished off our account.

 

Activated the half price one on the system.

 

Rediscovered that we should in fact still have the 18months...deactivated the half price one. 

 

Livechat people said yes, we'll sort this out, here's a credit on your bill for the inconvenience. Eventually. It took a while to get them to realise what I was trying to tell them. 

 

Todays bill, £14 for the unlimited call boost that should still be free until around sometime next year.

ah! Didn't get a notification of this reply. The email was sent out on 17/5/21, which says it's £7 (so not free, my mistake) but it was somehow removed after the next billing cycle then things got very confusing.
