£50 gift voucher not received

Hi

 

I signed up to Talk Talk through the Compare the Market offer - which included a £50 gift voucher. I was informed I would receive this after 90 days however it has now been longer.

 

I have emailed the voucher help contact email several times and had no response and keep being passed around from one contact to another.

 

Please could somebody look into this and confirm when I will receive my voucher?

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
