£75 Amazon Voucher not received after 90 days

Hi, it's been over 90 days since my broadband was activated and I've still not received my £75 Amazon voucher that was meant to be sent within 90 days as part of a promotional offer.

 

Can this be looked into for me please? I've had no luck contacting the third party voucher provider directly. Thanks.

Giftclous advise the voucher was issued in the 30th to your Gmail address.

The vouchers will be issued in the next few days. 

 

Please keep an eye on your spam/junk mail folders for an email from giftcloud.

Please add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details, @REB22, for staff to pick up your thread.
