My TalkTalk account was activated on August 10th 2021, but as yet, I have not received my £75 Amazon voucher.

You are unlikely to get a reply on the old thread that you also  posted on - staff reply just to the original poster, so look out for their response on here later in the week.

 

You need to complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
