Hello,

 

I renewed my contract with yourselves (directly) on 11th February 2021. I was informed I would receive my £75 voucher within 90 days. This has not happened. Please can you rectify this.

I was advised it would be sent on the 16th. 

 

TalkTalk don't actually issue the voucher so I will contact Giftcloud on your behalf.

Staff don't usually work weekends, @Clm1818. I am afraid it will be next week before this is followed up.

Hello,

 

The voucher from GiftCloud has still not been received. I have been checking my inbox and my spam/junk. Can you please confirm what day I will receive the voucher as this has been going on for many weeks now.

Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder for an email from Giftcloud.

Yes it was online via the Talktalk website. I have a screenshot of the voucher offer. I have checked my junk mail and spam folder.
