£75 voucher not received. Cannot contact anyone. Total scam.

I bought a package with Talktalk under the proviso that I would receive a £75 voucher from them within 3 months of activation. Haven't heard anything about it for over 3 months now. And when I email to sort it the whole system just goes round in a loop where you cannot speak to a human and you simply don't receive the voucher. Total scam.

The voucher will be issued in the next few days.

Please keep an eye on your spam/junkmail folders for an email from giftcloud.
