I joined as a new customer on 25th July this year. When I joined it said I would receive a £75 gift card. I filled in the link provided and received confirmation that I would get the gift card within 90 days. I still haven’t received the voucher.
I emailed giftcloud twice after the 90 days had passed but didn’t receive a response. I also had a live chat with someone from your Customer Loyalty Department who ‘raised a voucher escalation’ for me, and said I should receive voucher by email within 30 days.
30 days has now passed and I still haven’t received the voucher.
Could you please resolve this for me. Thanks.
