I started with TalkTalk on the 15th November 2018 and was promised a £75 voucher but have not received it.
I've waited 90 days.
I've contacted the firstname.lastname@example.org email address several times, leaving a few weeks between emails, and not heard anything back.
I've just had an incredibly unhelpful conversation with Sthembiso on the live chat service and am so disappointed, I do not feel like a valued customer at all!
Can someone help me with this?????
