Telephone number or account number. (I cant locate an account with the mobile number in your profile.)

The one you posted today will be marginally ahead in the queue for attention, so you might as well follow up on there.
Staff will need you to have completed your community forum profile details, so go via your avatar/name; settings; add your Talktalk landline number and a fallback mobile phone number in Profile Wizard.
