Havent received my gift card /voucher since i bought talk talk Fibre 65 Broadband contract 28 Feb 2022. Anyone having same issue ?

I can look into this but first, can you please update your community profile to include:

 

Name

Telephone number or account number. (I cant locate an account with the mobile number in your profile.)

@dharane, this thread didn't escalate into the workflow. 

 

The one you posted today will be marginally ahead in the queue for attention, so you might as well follow up on there.

 

Staff will need you to have completed your community forum profile details, so go via your avatar/name; settings; add your Talktalk landline number and a fallback mobile phone number in Profile Wizard. 

 

Staff reply Monday to Friday.
