Hi,

 

I joined talktalk with offer for a £90 gift card but haven't had any notification regarding it. Please can this be looked in to as I am aware there is a 3 month limit to claim it.

If you haven't already received it 

 

The vouchers will be issued in the next few days. 

 

Please keep an eye on your spam/junk mail folders for an email from giftcloud.

@kiane, you received a reply on here over a week ago.

 

Please stick to this thread! It just duplicates work for the forum if you start creating new threads, so I'll move the new one out of the way.

 

If you lose track of your thread, go to your profile area and click on ACTIVITY.  You'll see all your posts etc there.

 

I'll re-escalate this one, so we know that it is in the queue for following up.

Please add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard. 

 

Look out for a reply later in the week.
