When I signed up to Talktalk I was promised a £90 voucher, I had totally forgotten about it until today. I checked my emails and tried to finish my application for it only to be asked for a 'Provider Reference'. After looking through all of my emails from Talktalk I could find no such thing so I checked the community page only to find that this seems a very common issue. I hope someone at Talktalk can sort out this issue for me and get me my 'Provider Reference.

You need to add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account, @Raitingting.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
Staff will reply during the week.
