90 days past no voucher

I signed up via moneysupermarket when the voucher being offered was £110. Its now past the 90 days and no sign of email or any mention when logging into my account about the voucher. 

 

How do I chase this up please?

I did yeah, I only really use the one email address for everything. Like I said on my original it was a sign up via a comparison  moneysupermarket
