Hi,

 

I've just signed up as a new TalkTalk broadband customer, but I'm unable to register my account. I followed the registration steps, but at the last step I get an error saying "A primary email for this user already exists".

 

Could you please help? Thanks.

Weird, it didn't work yesterday but it's working now. I've reset my password and can access my account now. Thanks!

Hi @syedtaqi95

 

Your account is showing as already registered with the email address in your community profile. 

 

Can you follow the forgotten password router on the login page
