This afternoon I used Webchat to request that my landline/broadband account to be closed.
During the chat I was told I would recieve a e-mail after the chat to confirm that my account would be closed in 30 days.
I have received no such e-mail and would request that someone confirm my request has been actioned.
I can confirm that your line is being cancelled on 13.03.17.
Your account shows an Email and a letter have been sent.
