As many have observed previously, it would make things easier for TalkTalk and your customers if these documents were available for download, or even better, as provided by your competitors, a fully online service interaction...

There are versions on the web, @MooDam, but if they are not the latest, they get rejected, which just wastes customers' time in the end.

 

That's the problem with search engines storing stuff.

 

You are better coming here and you will definitely be sent the correct version.
