This months bill has a 30 pound "Contact Admin Fee".
This is wrong and needs to be refunded.
Last month I received an email saying my monthly fee was going up and I should call if I was planning to leave.
I didn't like the new fee so I called.
I was persuaded to stay.
During that phone call there was no mention of any Admin Fee.
If it has been mentioned I would not have stayed with TalkTalk.
I found a form on the Account page to request a refund. I've done this twice in the last 2 weeks and have had zero replies.
Any idea who/how to contact for a refund?

@tt32com If you would like the support team here to look into this for you it will help if you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.

The "request a refund" only works if you account is in credit, it is not to dispute any charges.
Have you you checked your recent transactions to see if there has been a credit added to cover the cost of the admin fee ?
