Alexa Echo Dot Code not received after contract renewal

Hi Team,

 

I renewed my contact and was informed I would receive a Voucher Code to purchase the Alexa Echo Dot. This voucher was supposed to be emailed to me within 37 days. I accepted this offer and renewed my contract for a further 18 mths. However I am on the 37 day point and have not received the Voucher Code as promised. Please can you advise the next steps for me to receive the code?
