Alexa Echo Dot Renewal Offer

Hi, I renewed my contract on 09/03/2022 and for doing so I was promised an Alexa echo dot/smart plug. However, it is almost the end of April I still have not received any email to claim this offer. Checked all my emails and spam folder and nothing is there. Can you please investigate this matter?
