Hi, just looking for a member of staff to contact me. 

I’ve been with the company for a few months with the Alexa and Amazon plug deal and haven’t received anything for it yet. I have checked on the forums and seen that someone will contact me.

Apologies for the delay.

 

I'm sorry you haven't received the Amazon Gift code, you should receive the code via email 37 days from the order going live. Have you checked your junk/spam folders?

@Declan S, you need to complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. 

 

Please go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.

 

Staff will reply during the day, Monday to Friday, on this thread.

 

Any notification emails you get are No Reply. Staff won't use the phone number to contact you.
