Alexa echo dot and amazon smart plug package.

Hi there, I signed up for a talk talk package back in August and was told i would receive an amazon smart plug and echo dot. I haven't received or heard anything. can someone help with this please.

@Cookstar, you may notice from reading other threads that staff can't identify your account unless you have completed your community forum profile details. 

You need to add your Talktalk landline number by going via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard. 

Staff will reply during the week (Monday to Friday).
