Amazon Alexa Voucher not received- 37 days passed.

HI, I have renewed my contract only because I was promised to receive a voucher for Amazon Alexa, that was the only reason why  I have renewed my package at higher cost. I still have not received a voucher and today is 37 days since my contract was renewed. Advise appreciated. thanks

When does the code get sent as my service has been active for 37 days and I've still not got mine

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Please add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account.
