I placed an order for the Fibre 65 package with the Amazon goodie offer (Echo Dot, Ring Indoor Camera) on the 17/06/2021. My internet went live 29/06/2021.
It has been the allocated 37 days, but I have yet to receive my code.
Is it Talktalk who will be sending the code, or will it be Amazon themselves?

For your own issue, @Jdolan01, please start a new topic.
You need to return to the Billing message board (see under "help with your service " in the Community menu. Click on start a topic.
You will need to complete your community forum profile details too for staff to identify your account. Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.

@Arne-TalkTalk Hi Arne,
This would raise another issue then, since I have not received anything from either Talktalk or Amazon about choosing a gift.
I placed my order 17/06/2021, received the Wi-Fi hub on the 26/06/2021. I have not had any correspondence in between about the Amazon gifts, nor anything since then.
