Amazon Echo Dot and Plug

Hi,

 

I renewed my contract in January and took out the offer that promised an Amazon Echo Dot and Smart Plug and I'm still waiting for the codes.

 

I've spoken to to TalkTalk twice on Twitter and they said both times it had been sorted and my code was on the way but it still hasn't arrived.

 

What can I do next?
