Amazon Echo Dot and Smart Plug Offer

I renewed my TalkTalk at the start of December 2021 but have not received any email re the offer of a 4th gen Amazon Echo Dot and Smart Plug Offer.  I am well savvy with Junk emails etc and can confirm it just has not arrived.

Can anyone help or direct me where I should raise this please?
