Amazon Echo & smart plug renewal offer

Hi,

 

I renewed my policy to the Fibre 35 offer on 22/11 and although my account online is showing this renewal I have not had an email to confirm this change, or an email regarding the offer I selected for an amazon echo & smart plug. 

 

Please can someone help.
